We follow the rules, as laid down by our head office, with special supplementary safe working measures, enhanced for the case of Crossdresser.nl.

All client details, including email addresses, are treated with strict confidentiality and complete privacy.

 

For all clarity, any received information is never, under any circumstances, externally communicated.
Discretion is absolute, without limitation.

When you place orders via the Crossdresser web site, we naturally require certain details, necessary to complete your purchases.

In the event of non-delivery, they are clearly labelled for return to our address.

The name Crossdresser is not present in any form, on external packaging labels.

 

Only a few individuals within our organisation, have access to any details concerning client names or details.
This also applies to the web site or any information within the main computer systems.
Secure, protected and encrypted computer systems are employed.

We implement a simple and hence secure web site.

 

Just to be clear, we do not make any use of external computer consultants, web site designers or any such like.
All IT and computer topics are undertaken internally, by our own specialist.
This is done to ensure full confidence in our privacy measures and to maintain complete internal control.
Again, this is a policy inherited from our head–office concern, from the mainstream activities concerning our Couture client privacy.

Notebook pc's, USB Sticks or such like devices are not allowed to be connected to our main office computers and are never used for any client related information.
Hard disk drives are removed and securely erased, from any outdated computer equipment.

On client request, computer stored order information, style / design notes and any paper based files can be irrecoverably destroyed.
Any other client specific requests can be considered, by direct request.

We point out that the hosting of our web site is located in the Netherlands.
