Ordering:

Online orders are made, via the following simple and safe / secure procedure.
The Order Form, located under every article page, is completed with your required garments and delivery address.

The order form is simply completed, with your chosen articles, desired mens size / colour, elementary contact details, etc.
Additional text windows, are present for noting any special desires / options or other comments, if necessary.
The form is subsequently sent, by clicking on the send button, to our computer system.

Existing clients need only fill in an email address, in place of repeating all contact details.
In case you are already a client and we already have your details noted, it is also eventually possible to pass your order through per telephone.

After receipt of your order, you will receive from Crossdresser.nl (MBG Fashions), a definitive confirmation of your order via email (within 24hours during office hours).
On this confirmation, the total cost is clearly noted together with a detailed specification of your purchased garments, itemized post / insurance costs and our bank details.

Please Note: We sometimes receive submitted order forms without a valid email address. In this circumstance we are unable to respond.
Please ensure that the contact section of the order form contains a correctly entered email address.

 

Payments:

After you receive our purchase confirmation, you can make a bank / giro transfer for the required amount.
Payment is required to be made within 14 days, after placement of your order.
We use a neutral name on our bank accounts; the name Crossdresser is not used.
Please note that we do not accept transactions via credit cards.

After receipt of your payment, we shall as quickly as possibly send your clothing items, via recorded and insured postal service.
We always send a confirmation of post dispatch, including track & trace numbers, per email.

Payments can be made to our bank, in the Netherlands.
Complete details are noted with our order confirmation, that subsequent to your order placement is generated by our office.

Within Europe, including the UK, bank payments are simple, fast (< 2-3 days) and are either free or same cost as other (local) payments.
They can also normally be undertaken, via the usual web banking services.
For the rest of the world, payment receipt is usual within < 5 days.
We use a neutral name on our bank accounts; the name Crossdresser is not used.

 

Postage / Insurance Costs:

The prices shown on these web pages are inclusive VAT (BTW) tax and packaging, but exclude post and insurance costs.
All deliveries are made via secure recorded post.
We apply post and insurance charges, at cost, at the standard rates of the national Dutch Post service (Post NL / TNT post), without any mark-up.

Exact post / insurance charges, are specified on our order confirmation. We do not use postal carriers, with cheap inferior services.
For example, insured / recorded deliveries within most of Europe / UK, typically cost Euro 14.30 and within the Netherlands Euro 8.05
For the rest of the world, insured / recorded deliveries typically cost Euro 25.60

If for some unforeseen reason, we are not able to complete your order in a single postage delivery, of course no extra charges will be applied.

Our high quality fashion garments are delivered in special protective packaging, specifically designed for such applications, to ensure that no or minimal creasing occurs during the post.

All clothing items are always sent in a neutral packaging. In case of non-delivery, clear labels are present for return to our address.
The name Crossdresser is not present in any form, on external packaging labels.

All deliveries are made via secure recorded post, which generally requires a signature on receipt.
Track & trace is generally available for European / rest of the world countries.

All of our Ready to Wear items on these web pages, are available from stock or with a short delivery time.
This is possible since our production process in under our own control, by our own internal staff, within the Netherlands.
Our quality standards always have priority, over a fast delivery.

You will receive from us, the following emails after submission of your order:
•  Confirmation of your order, post and insurance costs, a complete total cost and our bank details.
•  Confirmation of the receipt of your payment.
•  Dispatch of your purchase with a postal track / trace record number.

If for some unforeseen reason, we cannot hold to the expected delivery time, we shall indicate this on our order confirmation and note a definitive delivery date.
For all clarity, custom sizes or specially made clothes, specific colours or materials are made in apart production schedules, agreed jointly with the client.

 

Cancellation of Order / Return of Purchase:

It is possible to cancel your order per email.
You are advised that after receipt of your payment, we undertake the process of order completion. In principle, cancellation is then no longer possible.
In case you still want to cancel your order, the costs involved until that point on our part, will be charged.
Return of Purchases: It is possible that after receipt, the article does not please.
Your purchase can then be returned, if we are advised of the reason per email, within 14 days of delivery.
You can advise if you would like a replacement of your garment or exchange for an alternative article from our collection, or refund of your money.
We shall subsequently attend to your return request and you will receive a return number. The postal costs are at the cost of the client.
Packets must be returned with a recorded and insured postal service. Packets with incorrect postage or without a return number will not be accepted.
After inspection of the returned article, we can decide if the postage charges due, are also to be refunded.

We can accept returns, only for:
Unworn, undamaged and not washed garments. The garment was not made to measure, or made to client specifications.

 

Privacy / Security:

Crossdresser (MBG Fashions) finds the protection of client details extremely important.
Our business is based on successful, long term client relationships.

No bank details or credit card details, are required to be noted for purchase, of our garments.
We do not make use of an automatic online payment system, to ensure maximum privacy, with absolutely no financial risk.
Our purchase facilities are therefore selective and controllable, destined exclusively for seriously interested clients.
Principally due to our scope of luxury, small quantities and personal client relationships, we find that this secure system is presently satisfactory for all parties.

For additional security, we do not make use of any automatically generated responses to submitted web site forms.
The reactions / confirmations are made personally and sent per email, during office hours.

When you place orders via the Crossdresser web site, we naturally require certain details, necessary to complete your purchases.
This information is used to process your orders and to advise of the status of your purchases.
The personal details that you may supply, are used only and exclusively for the processing of your orders.
Just to be clear with the obvious, Crossdresser will never pass client details to anyone. Purchases are never discussed with third parties.
We also never try to seek any possible gain, from any well known clients in the media.
Our head office is familiar with such discretions, due to our mainstream Couture business activities.

Photographic Reproduction:

We advise that detailed technical attention, has been undertaken for the accurate photographic reproduction of our clothing items.
This has included: calibration of all photographic equipment's, computer colour processing and the calibration of all our computer monitors.

Noting the fact that virtually all (un-calibrated) monitors can reproduce photo's slightly differently, we advise that some variations can occur, which are not under our control.

We advise that the materials and colours can slightly vary from the shown examples.
This is due to normal material variations, encountered between subsequent procurements.
